I hope everyone experienced their much needed rest and comfort in their respective services yesterday! I just wanted to recap this past weekend and go over the upcoming weekend along with last minutes details about J-GEN that is coming up next week! So to start off, this past Friday, although I was on missions with some of the youth group students, I heard the large group activity went smoothly and was a very enjoyable time! So thank you so much for praying and sending out your kids! And on Sunday, we had a special service with the testimonies of four of the students that went on missions! Also, just a real quick thank you for those that supported our mission team in any sort of way. On behalf of the entire team, thank you so much!

 

This upcoming Friday will be a lifegroup hangout. Every lifegroup has something different planned. If you do not know what your child's lifegroup is doing, please just ask him or her. He or she may know. But in the case he or she doesn't, please feel free to contact his or her lifegroup leader or ask me! We would be happy to let you know! Then on Sunday, we will get right back on track and continue our "Order of Worship" series by talking about the Doxology! Please keep myself in prayer as I prepare and your children in prayer as well!

 

And finally, in regards to the JGEN Summer Retreat, it is this upcoming Monday (July 31, 2017). If you have NOT paid already, please bring a check for $100 made out to "Hebron Presbyterian Church" or you can pay in cash. Please drop off your kids no later than 8am at Hebron on Monday and pick up will be at 5:30pm on Thursday!
